COVID-19: Health and Safety at HUNT Properties

The Coronavirus COVID-19 has been declared a national disaster by our Government. To ensure the health and safety of both our staff and clients, HUNT Properties has put strict measures in place amid the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.

Our staff have been briefed and all necessary steps will be taken to limit our staff from contracting or spreading the virus. Our team is actively reinforcing personal hygiene, with our sales agents keeping hand sanitizer and gloves on hand.

Office hours remain the same, however weekend show days have been put on hold until further notice. Viewings by appointment only.

All buyers and sellers will be vetted prior to viewings taking place. Agents and clients are to travel separately to viewings and are to keep a safe distance.

Should any of our staff feel unwell, experience any symptoms, come into contact with any potentially infected people, or be subject to any other high-risk situations, they will self-isolate and be tested if necessary.

We will continue to follow official guidance from government and the health sector. We are still open for business and are confident that the property market will maintain a good level of trade.
